Fobia adalah satu penyakit sebenarnya. Jika tidak dikawal dengan betul, lama kelamaan, dia akan jadi terbiasa dan membuatkan seseorang menjadi lagi teruk. Kadang-kadang orang yang fobia nih, boleh sampai menangis, menggigil-gigil, termimpi-mimpi, meraung, sampai tahap pengsan pun boleh, sebab terlampau takot. Saya sendiri ada fobia. takut adalah sifat normal bagi manusia. cuma perlu dikawal supaya, tak sampai melebihi ketakutan kita pada yang sepatutnya.
bercakap memang mudah. menghadapi ketakutan bukan perkara yang senang. tambah-tambah mereka yang dah duduk dalam 'tempurung ketakutan' bertahun-tahun. tapi cuba tanya pada diri, sampai bila harus melarikan diri? sampai bila terus hidup dalam ketakutan? tak teringin ke hidup dalam keadaan tenang? contohnya mereka yang takutkan manusia, habis, takkan dia nak duduk dalam rumah 24 jam?
pikir, pikir dan pikir.
ada bebeberapa cara nak hilangkan fobia nih. antara cara yang pernah saya cuba, menghadapi ketakutan tuh sendiri. bukan mudah, itu saya akui.bermulalah dengan mencari punca kenapa anda takot. contoh, saya pernah fobia untuk duduk di seat depan dalam kereta. semua gara-gara saya pernah accident dulu. nak bagitau pada kawan-kawan, saya malu. masalahnya, setiap kali nak pergi kelas, saya usaha supaya ambil seat di belakang. tapi kadang-kadang kita tak boleh elak juga. terpaksa juga duduk seat depan. dan setiap kali nya, saya jadi kaku diam seribu bahasa. rasa macam nak muntah pun ade. (sama macam kalau saya takot ular...tgk kulit pun boleh buat saya muntah.huhu). tapi sampai bila kan? saya cuba kawal, dan Alhamdulillah, semua nya jadi ok sekarang. dari punca, kita hadapi ketakutan. semangat adelah benda yang paling penting. jangan sekali-kali putus asa. :)
